Vegan Chef Promotes Veganism with New Cookbook

Chef Bev promotes alternative diets with new cookbook "Nouveau V The New Renaissance of Vegan
and Vegetarian Cuisine."

Arlington, VA, September 21, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Chef Bev Kumari has been sharing her version of
veganism, and vegetarianism for more than 28 years. When she's not writing recipes, and working as a
chef at the Marriott in Washington, D.C., she tours throughout the country promoting her new cookbook,
"Nouveau V The New Renaissance of Vegan and Vegetarian Cuisine."

An avid animal rights activist, Chef Bev has come up with meals that not only protect the environment
and animals but also satiates the palate. Recipes like her Italian vegan Bolognese, and Maple Tempeh
Bacon would readily tempt the taste buds of any die hard omnivore.

"I have come up with recipes not to convert any one to veganism, but to educate meat consumers on
cooking what they like using meatless products," states Chef Bev.

She also notes that veganism is not a trend for her, as it becomes more public and mainstream with
celebrities. For Chef Bev, veganism is a lifestyle in which she actively promotes animal rights. However,
she believes that the conversion to a plant-based or vegan diet from watching movies like "What the
Health," "Earthlings," and "Cowspiracy" is an excellent way of stamping out factory farming, and animal
cruelty.
