Introduction
The digital revolution played a great role in society. Every field, service or manufacturing is
apps which can provide different services for the public. Thats why, the company GG is
decided to launch new product (apps) to meet need for maintenance services in the market.
This company operated almost 3 years in the industry in Yerevan. GG is online taxi solution
with android apps to order car anytime in Armenia and Georgia. The idea of maintenance
service absolutely tailored to modern living standards. The main key of this research is to

Qualitative research
Qualitative research given the explanations of the objective. In this case, we will use focused
research to analysis and understand the attitudes of potential costumers toward to new service
(apps) and also search some information from internet if exist similar apps launched to the
We will conduct 10 focus group after: we choose 10 main districts of Yerevan. Mix males and
females. This quantitative research will be used to measure how opinion may be about this

Quantitative research
Quantitative data collection methods we will use online survey with quantitative
questionaries from different districts of Yerevan. From Each district, we will ask about 50
people (mix males and females) Overall surveys will be 1000 people. The online survey
continuous almost 10 minutes and these questions consist 5 questions about this service: if they
According this survey we can identify potential costumer and moving operating area.
After this survey, we will prepare computer tabulations for analysis. Some graphical
illustration for it, which helps us to understand our surveys result clearly.
Reporting
According to qualitative research we can do some conclusion about it. We will prepare power
point presentation of all findings., along with conclusions drawn. There will be assign every
detail which interested in during research process. There will be presented some graphical,
tabulate side and act. This part we will summarize the result which we will get from
