 HR professional having more than 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Strategic

 Presently associated with IILM-GSM as a Asst Professor-HR & OB, visiting faculty to some of the
leading business schools in Delhi, Like Sriram Institute(promoted by Sriram Institute of PM & IR), Sri
Sharada Institute of Indian Management and Research(promoted by Sringeri Math), ICFAI etc..Subjects
include Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Strategic Management and
Creativity and Innovation.

 Immediate previous assignment was with Aricent Inc. (A Kohlberg Kravis Roberts-KKR portfolio
Company) from Aug ‘07 to Oct ‘08, having responsibility of Leadership Development, Global Reward
and Recognition, Competency Deployment, Talent Management and Employee Engagement.

 Worked with NTPC Ltd. (A Nava Ratna PSU) in the HR and IR Function for more than 2 years between
May ‘05 and Aug ‘07 at Regional Headquarters. Last assignment with NTPC was as Officer(HR) with
responsibility of designing policy for the maiden hydro venture along with implementation of other
change Initiatives at the regional headquarters and six other plants, nominated for gold medal for
meritorious work.

A. OD Interventions
− Competency Development:- Competency Deployment at different level,
Leadership effectiveness and appreciation program for Sr. Management(AVP+),
Accelerated project readiness plan for fresh engineers and competency based
interviewing skills.
− Talent management: - Conceptualizing and designing of MDP for enhancing
effectiveness of people management programs.
− Employee Engagement:- Worked with task force on the priority areas highlighted
in the annual engagement survey.
− Globalization:- Design and deployment of competency based fully automated
global reward and recognition system after detail study and benchmarking of the best
practices across the world.
− Process Integration:- Giving “One Face” to HR by integrating multiple locational
policies and intranet into single HR interface.

B. Strategic Planning:
− Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning HR with business goals.
− Implementing Change Management Practices including new process designing and
deployment and aligning them to business objectives.
− Partnering and Co-creating with other organizational stakeholders for improvement of
recruitment, training process and trainee deployment.
C. HRM

− Ensure performance-planning, rollout of KPAs/KRAs, mid-year Reviews,


normalizations, PMS feedback for development of employees and 360 degree
Appraisal for Sr. Executives.
− Comprehensive policy formulation based on national and international benchmarking.
