deviation but not more than (+) 50mm.

0.0035L or 25mm, whichever is less?

D) Camber: Cambers are provided as per drawings. Specifically for long

span & cantilevers

Tolerances - Stripping of Form work:

Forms shall not be released until the concrete has achieved strength of at
least twice the stress to which the concrete may be subjected at the time of
removal of formwork. It shall be guiding factor for removal of formwork, in
normal circumstances where ambient temperature does not fall below 15
degree C and where ordinary Portland cement is used & adequate curing is
done.

a) Vertical formwork to columns, walls, beams (Corners/edges to remain

sharp after de-shuttering) 16-24 hrs.

b) Soffit formwork to slabs. (props to be re-fixed immediately after

removal of formwork) 3 Days

c) Soffit formwork to beams. (Props to be re-fixed immediately after

removal of formwork) 7 days.
d) Props to slabs:
a. Spanning up to 4.5m 7 days.
b. Spanning over 4.5m 14 days.
