1. INTRODUCTION
This document specifies the Release Notes for SFP Production Build 1.3 .1.References to various BDDs and
Initialization/Installation Documents are provided.

UPGRADE DEPLOYMENT: To be executed if installing SFP Production Build 1.3.1 on top of an existing
deployment of SFP Production Build 15.3

Additionally, the list of delivered features, limitations and resolved issues for this Build and the list of Open
issues are also mentioned.

2. Technical Bundle Script

1. To delete bundles from database

a. Take back up of TECHMAPPING schema from the database.
b. Export all the catalog items from active catalog orchestration engine and
keep this as back up.
i. Login to <active_catalog_ip>:7001/Catalog/OperationalClient/
ii. Goto Export tab
iii. Click on Find items
iv. Click on select all
v. Click on download
c. Copy bundle_cleanup.sql,mapping_cleanup.sql,bundleCleanupWrap.sh
and myfile.csv to DB machine or any component which has oracle
user. The oracle user should have write permission for this folder
d. Login as oracle user
e. Navigate to the directory where the files are copied to and provide
execute permission to bundleCleanupWrap.sh
f. Execute the script by ./bundleCleanupWrap.sh
g. Verify the logs in bundle_cleanup.log & mapping_cleanup.log
Step f. can be repeated after updating myfile.csv with chunks of bundles to be deleted.
2. Metadata files deletion in portal file system
a. Copy deleteFiles.sh and myfile.csv to portal server file system as root or
Liferay user
b. Navigate to the directory where the files are copied to and provide
execute permission to deleteFiles.sh
 c. Execute the script by ./deleteFiles.sh > logger.log
Step c. can be repeated after updating myfile.csv with chunks of bundles to be deleted.
