Holiday Rental Terms and Conditions Contract

1) This Agreement is a Holiday Let solely for the purpose of the Tenants holiday in the(property name)
., (location).., Thassos, Greece.
2) The Tenant will:
a)Pay the balance of the rent due in full on arrival which is agreed before hand.
b) Keep the interior of the property in a good and clean state and condition and not damage Property or
any part of it.
c)Leave the property at the end of the term in the same clean state and condition it was at the beginning of
the term.
d) Keep in a good and clean condition all of the contents of the property and replace or pay for any
item(s) which become broken or damaged during the Term.
e) Not do anything which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Landlord or owners or
occupiers of adjoining or nearby promises..
f) Not without prior consent allow or keep any pet or any kind or animal at the Property.
g) Not use the Property other than as a private holiday residence for a maximum of.(no.)..
persons.
h) Not sublet the Property or any part thereof.
i)Permit the Landlord or anyone authorized by the Landlord at reasonable hours in the daytime and upon
reasonable prior notice(except in emergency) to enter and view the Property for an proper purpose.
j) If the Landlord or his representative decides it is necessary , then the property will be cleaned and
maintained every two days. This service will be an additional cost to the Tenant.
3.The tenant must have personal insurance. As the properties are privately owned, it is a requirement of booking
that all the tenants will have their own insurance as neither Thassos Holiday Rentals nor the owners of the property
can accept liability for any loss or damage neither to the tenants nor to their property whilst in the holiday
accommodation.
4 In case there is a swimming pool in the premises, the tenant brings 100% the responsibility of attending their kids
or anybody in the family that makes use of the swimming pool.
5.Breakages or damages occasioned by the tenant will be paid for by the tenant .The deposit has been paid by the
Tenant and is held by the Landlord and will be returned on the tenants departure if no damages or breakages have
occurred.
These terms and conditions and contents of the inventory are herby agreed
