JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, CINDY L. CANILANG and ROWENA A. LANUTAN, of legal ages and both
residents of Agan Grandville, Salvani St., Brgy. City Heights, Gen. Santos City, both after
being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That we personally know STELA DUBLIN-YBAEZ, who is a resident of Fortune

Village, Salvani St., Brgy. City Heights, Gen. Santos City, being family friends and
neighbors for a long period of time;

2. That we also know for a fact that the said STELA DUBLIN-YBAEZ was born on
April 3, 1958 in Daanbantayan, Cebu and whose parents are LUIS DUBLIN and
ELADIA ORALDE;

3. That the first name, ESTELA, as appearing in her birth certificate under Local Civil
Registrar No. 103, was erroneously entered, instead of the first name STELA, as
appearing in her certificate of marriage, which is the true and correct first name;

4. Further, the first name, ESTELA, as appearing in her birth certificate under Local
Civil Registrar No. 103 and the first name STELA, as appearing in her certificate of
marriage, refers to one and the same person;

5. That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned; and

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever purpose or purposes this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this 28th day of August
