Around 1998 it founded in Predeal association " Grup Ecologic Pentru Susinerea Turismulu" under

the guidance of Professor Cmpan Ioan-Vasile. In the foreground the main objectives of the
organization have been recognizing and marking trails surrounding their knowledge of the true
beauties of nature and building a united team, proud of every project completed in the city where he
was. Over the years, the group has grown and contributed to as many activities have been known
name G.E.S.T. and increased people's interest in the community where they were. Voluntary work
was rewarded not only personal satisfaction, but also small events, such as hiking, campfires,
greening the youth left a bag full of memories.

Since 2013, under the direction of Paul Marian, become NGO Grup Educaional pentru Susinerea
Tineretului, which took over the activities of the group of volunteers known as G.E.S.T. Together we
intend to create a united society that is able to rely on each member in projects, but also to present
some of the small pleasures of life by showing the true beauty of the natural environment. The new
generation of volunteers willing to make the message Association " Grup Educaional pentru
Susinerea Tineretului 'Predeal known for both staff and those outside it and highlight the issue that
activities in nature can bring great satisfaction to all individuals who practice them.

In the future we want to draw attention to more people about the environment and its beauty to
capitalize passion for sports and hobbies artistic of others and develop more projects that will make
the community we live together better. Reconstruction hiking trails, camps, helping all those in need
and various events organized by young volunteers is only the beginning of activities which they
propose them to develop their communities. The expansion of and increase current activities would

Association Grup Educaional pentru Susinerea Tineretului supports volunteering and foster the involvement of a larger

We looking for young, students, schoolchildren, people with experience that we grow together. In some departments is
possible and work from home, you should not be present on the premises. All volunteers will have a contract.

What can you do with us?

Human Resources Department - These are one of the most important investments an organization capable of producing
and reproducing all other resources available to an organization. Young people are the basic resource of the Association
G.E.S.T. because their potential, experience and passion, their development initiatives and actively contribute to increasing
efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Department Communication / promotion / marketing / promotional events and values of the Association G.E.S.T. If you like
and you have talent in communication, if you are convincing, if you have ideas about promotion and want to use your skills,
then come with us to develop and promote them together.

Fundraising Department - This department has the object of identifying potential donors for projects they carry Educational
Association for Supporting Youth Group. Procurement of financial resources is a continuing need for an NGO, here lies the

How to become a volunteer?

WHAT IS THE "SYSTEM 2%"?

2% is a mechanism through which individual taxpayers can redirect 2% of their income tax to an NGO.

WHAT IS NOT "SYSTEM 2%"?

This amount is not a sponsorship, donation or contribution, but is part of the state budget, a fraction of state tax you pay
each year. The difference is that now you can decide what destination to have this amount with the opportunity to direct to
an association or foundation you want to support.

And this year, you can support the work carried out by the Association for Supporting Youth Educational group for the
benefit of Romanian young people who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, by directing state tax due on income in the
previous year (2016). It costs nothing!

WHY IS PROVISION "2%" IMPORTANT FOR EDUCATION ASSOCIATION SUPPORT YOUTH GROUPS?

Directs 20% of tax on profit

The new Fiscal Code, updated by Law no. 227/2015 and Law no. 32/1994 regarding sponsorship, as supplemented and
amended, provide that any firm or company registered profits can allocate 20% of state income tax due to an NGO that
wants to support.

Extract of the Tax Code, Title 2, Chapter. II, art. 21, para. 4 lit. p)

"(...) taxpayers who performs sponsorship and / or acts of patronage, according to Law no. 32/1994 regarding sponsorship,
with subsequent amendments, (...) decrease in income tax due to the minimum amounts specified below:

1. 5 (per thousand) of the turnover;

2. 20% (percent) of the tax due. "

Giving sponsorship is simple and does not involve the society they represented no cost. Target 20% of income tax by the

Below is a concrete example of calculation:

Turnover = 300.000 lei

Profit = 60,000 lei

Income tax (16%) = 9,600 lei

Amounts related sponsorship within the limits specified in the Fiscal Code:

0.5% of the turnover = 1.500 lei

20% of the tax = 1,920 lei

In this case, the company will sponsor the Association for Supporting Youth Educational group with 1.500 lei as they choose
the lower of the two limits.
Subsequently, we will submit a report on how the money was spent and we will share the results and the impact that it had
offered sponsorship.
