Academic Honesty
Plagiarism is dishonest, and may result in an incomplete grade. My role in this class is to guide
your understanding, and to encourage you to develop skills that will make you competent and
successful people. Presenting someone elses work does nothing to further this aim, and wastes
the time of both student and teacher

Phones & Electronics

The Personal use of phones during class is disruptive. All phones and devices should be turned
off and put away in your bag when you enter class. Use of electronic devices for academic
purposes is at the discretion of the teacher, and permission must be sought before they are
used in this way.

Food & Drink

As this class takes place in a computer lab, absolutely NO food is allowed in the classroom. If
you are hungry, at an appropriate time, ask if you could go have a snack in the hall. NO pops or
juices are allowed in the room, even if they have lids. Only water bottles are allowed and are
best kept off of the desks.

Please: Come to me with any questions, or to discuss anything abut which you are unsure. I am
here to help, and I want you to succeed.
