Service Agreement
This service agreement has been entered into between the client and Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd.
(Service Provider). The main purpose of this Agreement is to precede a longer/short-term contract
arrangement under which Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd. will provide services.

Deliverables
The Service Provider will deliver the following services under the scope of this service agreement:

These services will be provided in ____days/months, subject to a 5 working day schedule starting at
___am/pm to ending at___am/pm.

Payment
The full payment will be provided by the client according to the invoice to Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd.
This payment consists of:

1. Administration fees
2. Consultation fees
3. Consumables
4. Stationary
5. Transportation fees
Client Terms
The service provider and client will honor the terms below during the contract terms unless otherwise agreed
between parties:

1. The client will be truthful about the information provided to Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty)
Ltd.;
2. The client will be truthful about the information they provide to Karabo Manne Consulting
(Pty) Ltd;
3. The client will ensure that Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd is paid via eft either at the
Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd offices or during the meeting at the client chosen
location (within the allotted invoice date), after all documents have been submitted to
Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd, the contract and power of attorney has been signed and
copies given to the client;
4. Any infringements that were not able to revoke or reduced shall be the responsibility of the
client to make payment to the relevant traffic authority;
5. Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Shall not be liable for any failure of service should it
arise that the client failed to disclose full information that was relevant to the success of the
contracted service;
6. Karabo Manne Consulting (Pty) Ltd, shall only be liable for repayment of the money paid for
the service rendered.

Length of Service
1. Service shall begin immediately following such payment or agreement date as agreed
between parties.
2. Service shall end when the contracted work is completed.
Termination
Client may terminate this Service Agreement at its sole discretion upon the occurrence of one or more of the
following events:
1) Failure to comply with any and all terms listed above.
2) Bankruptcy of either party
3) Upon written agreement between both parties

Disputes
If legal proceedings shall occur for any reason regarding this service agreement the party prevailing shall have
all costs, and fees in connection with that proceeding covered by opposite party.

General
If any terms are found unenforceable in this contract all other terms shall remain in full effect and shall not be
altered unless previously agreed between parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the South Africa. Any and all court proceedings regarding this service agreement
will take place at said state with travel expenses not being reimbursed for either party. Signatures below serve
as binding commitments from both parties to enforce and uphold the entire terms of this service Agreement.
