This is to inform all concerned that the Central Luzon Association of Private School
Administrators. Inc. (CLAPSA) formerly, Private Secondary School Administrators
Association - Region 3 (PRISSA-3) and Association of Pre-Elementary and Elementary
Administrators of Region 3 (APPEAR.3) will be holding a Back to Back Regional Forum of
Private School Administrators on November 24-25" 2A16 at Hacienda Gracia, Sta. Maria,
Lubao, Pampnga.

Forum Objectives:

1. Unify the private schoois in the region and strengthen camaraderie and sharing of
best practices among the private school administrators.
2. Encourage shared commitment and responsibility towards attainment of K to 12
curriculum goals and abjectives
3. Develop effective and efficient Professional Learning Communities among the
private schools that would lead to meaningful delivery of 21't century skills
among the private school students and active involvement of stakeholders in
response to changes and parudrgm shifts.

Attached herein is a letter of Mr. Joselito T. Garcia, President, CLAPSA for reference
and inlormation.

The newly-formed Central Luzon Association of Private School

Administrators, lnc. {CIAPSA} formerly, Private Secondary School
Administrators Association- Region 3 (PRISSAA -31 and Association of Pre-
Elementary and Elementary Administrators of Region 3 (APPEAR -3), will hold a
two-day forum dubbed as BACK To BACK REGI0N.AL FORUM CIF PRIVATE
SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS on November 24 and 25, 2016, at Hacienda Gracia in
Sta. Maria, Lubao, Pampanga.

This maiden venture of the merged regional associations is geared

towards the realization of these objectives, to wit:

unify the private schools in the region and strengthen camaraderie

and sharing of best practices among the private school administrators
b. encourage shared commitment and responsibility towards attainment
of K to 12 curriculum goals and objectives
develop effective and efficient Professional Learning Communities
among the private schools that would lead to meaningful delivery of
21't century skills among the private school students and active
involvement of stakeholders in response to changes and paradigm
shifts.

Day I of the forum will be attended by pre-elementary and elementary

school administrators, principals and school heads while the Day 2 will be
participated in by their junior and senior high school counterparts.

Actiuities rsill evolve around the theme: "United Private Schools: Rhyming
with the Waves of Change."

Registration fee will be Php 1,000.00 for each participant per day. Said
amount will cover honoraria for speakers, faod, and interactive kits. Private
colleetion of the registration fee and the pre-registration of the partieipants,
preferably at least one week before the actual date of the forum.

ln connection with the aforementioned activity, we respectfully request

the office of the Regional Director, DepEd Ro g, to issue a regiona!
memorandum inviting the target participants from the private school sector
across the different divisions in the region.

Attached hererarith are the List of CTAPSA Officers and the Activity Grid,
for your perusal.

It is hoped that this request would merit immediate and favourable

action.
