INVESTIGATION REPORT

Dear Satellite Head,

This is in reference with the investigation I conducted regarding the alleged

complaint against Mr. Rogen Vinzon on RA 7877 the Anti-Sexual Harassment
act of the Republic of the Philippines.
Upon verifying the facts and circumstances on the case at hand. I have
categorically established based on the oral testimonies of the complainants.
There is a palpable presence of sexual harassment established by the following
elements;
1.) Moral ascendancy is present due to the fact Mr. Vinzon is the lead man
and the complainants were assigned under his custody.

2.) There is a manifestation of malice in his gestures towards his wards some
of his actions were direct and some were indirect.
In view of the foregoing circumstance the said act of the lead man manifest gross
misconduct The lead man has failed to live up to this higher standard of
responsibility when he succumbed to his moral perversity. And when such moral
perversity is perpetrated against his subordinates, he provides justifiable ground
for his dismissal for lack of trust and confidence. It is the right, nay, the duty of
every employer to protect its employees from over sexed superiors.

Truly yours,

Jay B. Tan
