Crafting Strategy:
1. Use Alterations to get either:
a) Tier 1 flat phys
b) Tier 1 flat phys %
c) Tier 1 hybrid phys % / accuracy

2. Now it depends on the other roll:

a) We only get 1 of the above = regal it
b) We get 1 of the above together with a suffix we want, crit or as = regal it
c) We dont get neither a) nor b) = Start over

3. After regaling it also depends on what we get:

a) We get a suffix other than what we want = Start over. This is because we need 3
suffixes open, 1 for Elreon's Multiple Mods Master Craft, and 2 for crit and as
b) We get a suffix that we want = Elreon's Multiple Mods Master Craft
c) We get a prefix that we are happy with = Elreon's Multiple Mods Master Craft

4. Now we craft the remaining desired stats with Tora's Bowmakers tools

5. Once the affixes of the bow are finished we can go ahead and 5L or maybe 6L it!

Outcome in video: I got Tier 1 flat phys roll (Flaring) and then Regal'd it.
I got a prefix I was happy with (Tier 1 added Lightning Damage) and proceded with
Elreon's Multiple Mods Master Craft
and then used Tora's Bowmaker's Tools to add the remaining stats (phys%, as%, crit
%).

***If you get a T1 prefix, you always regal in hopes of getting another T1 prefix.
If you have wasted suffixes, you can lock your prefixes with haku 8, scour off the
suffixes, and create (and save) insane gear.
So you should never ever roll over a T1 prefix since the suffixes can be removed
with haku8.
