REVISED TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN

FOR IMPLEMENTATION ON FEBRUARY 17, 2014

To improve the traffic flow during school days, Baranggay Ayala Alabang, Ayala Alabang Village Association and
De La Salle Santiago Zobel School will jointly implement an experimental traffic scheme starting February 17, 2014. This
is also in preparation for AY 2014-2015.

ACCESS FROM OUTSIDE THE VILLAGE. All DLSZ-bound vehicles should only enter Madrigal Gate and turn right at
University Avenue.

SCHOOL ACCESS GATES.

Entry Gates Gates 1 and 2 (Gate 1 will be generally closed between 8:00am to 3:30pm)
Exit Gates Gates 3 and 7
Pedestrian Gates Gates 2, 2a (afternoon only), 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7a and 7b. Visitors and guests should only enter
Gate 2. No fetching is allowed at Gate 3.

UNIVERSITY AVENUE (6:30am to 5:00pm). University Avenue from the corner of Caliraya St. towards Acacia Ave. will
be three lanes. Entry to the school will be through Gates 1 and 2. After Gate 1, first two lanes from the school-side will be
for quick drop-off/pick-up. The third lane is a pass through lane and should be kept free from any obstruction. The fourth
lane is counter-flow for vehicles coming from the AAVA parking and headed towards Madrigal Ave. Gate 1 is for vehicular
traffic only. Pedestrians during drop-off may also pass through the parking area at the corner of Caliraya St. and
University Ave.

CALIRAYA STREET (6:30am to 8:00am / 3:30pm to 5:00pm). Caliraya St. is one way from Ma. Cristina St. to
University Ave. Strictly no loading/unloading.

MOLAVE STREET (6:30am to 8:00am / 3:30pm to 5:00pm). Molave St. will be one-way from University Ave. No entry
from Acacia Ave. to University Ave. will be allowed. Strictly no loading/unloading on left lane and after Gate 7.

NARRA STREET (6:30am to 8:00am / 3:30pm to 5:00pm). Narra St. is a two-lane, two-way street. No
parking/waiting/loading/unloading is allowed. AAVA parking along Narra St. will be open during drop-off and pick-up only.

MA. CRISTINA STREET (6:30am to 8:00am / 3:30pm to 5:00pm). Ma. Cristina St. is one way from Angat St. to Agno
St. towards Caliraya St. Pick-up in the afternoon from 3:30PM to 5:00PM is not allowed. Strictly no loading/unloading on
left-lane.

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP ON SCHOOL-SIDE. Drop-off/pick-up outside the school may be done at the following areas:
University Ave After Gate 1 until Gate 6. Keep the corner of Molave St. free for vehicles turning right.
Molave St. School-side only before Gate 7. Keep the corner of Narra St. free for vehicles turning right. Gates 7a
and 7b will be open.
Ma. Cristina St. Drop-off on school-side only. No pick-up.

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP ON INSIDE THE SCHOOL

Drop-off/pick-up at the St. La Salle Building
o Enter through Gate 1.
o Drop-off/pick-up in front of the St. La Salle
building or inside the Gate 2 parking.
o Turn right after exiting Gate 3
Drop-off/pick-up at the St. La Salle Building, St.
Joseph building and/or Lower Grades area
o Enter through Gate 1.
o Drop-off/pick-up inside the Gate 2 parking.
o Exit Gate 2 parking towards the St. Joseph
building or Lower Grades area
o Turn right after exiting Gate 7
Drop-off/pick-up at the St. Joseph Building / Lower
Grades
o Enter through Gate 2
o Turn left towards the Lower Grades area
o Drop-off / pick-up at the St. Joseph parking,
warehouse parking or in front of the Lower
Grades lobby. No loading/unloading after the
warehouse parking towards Gate 7.
o Turn right after exiting Gate 7

REMINDERS
Speed limit inside the school is 5kph at all times
Turn-off engines while parked/waiting.
Refrain from using mobile phones while driving.
Please enter the village 15 minutes before actual dismissal time at the most. Refrain from queuing or occupying parking slots
if the student to be fetched is not yet dismissed from class.
Park properly making sure that traffic is not obstructed.
No prolonged parking. Leave the area as soon as the student is dropped-off/fetched.
No loitering and smoking along the schools perimeter and inside waiting/parking areas.
The above scheme and rules will be jointly implemented by Barangay Ayala-Alabang pursuant to Barangay Ordinance 93-01
and DLSZ Security. AAVA Security or deputized personnel shall issue citation tickets for blatant violations.
This is a general traffic scheme. Baranggay Ayala-Alabang, AAVA and DLSZ reserve the right to change the traffic scheme
without prior notice.
SOFT IMPLEMENTATION IS FROM FEBRUARY 17 TO 21. WE REQUEST PARENTS THAT NECESSARY
ADJUSTMENTS BE MADE TO AVOID BEING LATE FOR SCHOOL.
