RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF ORDINANCE NO. 02, SERIES OF

2013, ENACTED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF BALUAN, LIMITING
THE SPEED OF ALL MOTOR VEHICLES TRAVELLING WITHIN THE BARANGAY
PROPER ROADS TO 30- KILOMETER PER HOUR AND NO BLOWING OF HORNS
INFRONT OF SCHOOLS DURING SCHOOL DAYS, CHURCHES/MOSQUES
DURING RELIGIOUS SERVICES AND ALL PUBLIC PLACES IN BARANGAY

WHEREAS, for review of this Sanggunian pursuant to Paragraph (a)(1)(i),

Section 458 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government
Code of 1991 is Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2013, enacted by the
Sangguniang Barangay of Baluan, this City, entitled:

An Ordinance limiting the speed of all motor vehicles

travelling within the Barangay proper roads to 30 kilometers
per hour and no blowing of horns infront of schools during
school days, churches/mosque during religious services and
all public places in Barangay Baluan, General Santos City;

WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the provisions of the subject Barangay

Resolution under review, this Sanggunian fnds the same to be in order and,
hereby, declares the same to be within the prescribed powers of the
Sangguniang Barangay to enact;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilors _________________, duly

seconded by City Councilors_________________________, be it -

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to afrm the validity of Resolution No.

02, Series of 2013, enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of Baluan, limiting
the speed of all motor vehicles travelling within the barangay proper roads to
30-kilometer per hour and no blowing of horns infront of schools during school
days, churches/mosques during religious services and all public places in
Barangay Baluan, General Santos City.
