Job Responsibilities

Operation & maintenance of FBC Boiler 12TPH & 6.5 TPH capacity with membrane
panel, ID FD & PA fan operation.
Operation & maintenance of FBC Thermic heater of 30 Lakh Kg/cal capacity with
membrane panel.
Operation & maintenance of oil fired boiler 4.0 TPH capacity.
Operation & maintenance of Solid fuel fire boiler 2.5 TPH capacity with membrane panel.
Operation trouble shooting repairing & maintaining efficiently a wide range of machinery &
equipment such as boiler, cooling tower, RO plant, DM plant, softener plant, fire hydrant
system, bag filter, ash handling system etc to ensure efficient operation & reduce
production down time.
To attend all equipment break downs & planned maintenance work with minimum direction
& supervision.
Monitoring any repeated breakdown & take proper modification to resolve the problems.
Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures
& plant operation requirements.
All maintenance & cleaning work of fired & water side for boiler inspection work.
Cleaning, lapping & hydro testing of boiler mountings & accessories.
Keeping all records of operation & maintenance as per cGMP & ISO 9002, 9015 &
USFDA.
