Nov 7: In-Class Mid-term Exam
As specified in the syllabus, the exam is in-class and close-book. One two-sided note
sheet is allowed. You should also bring your own calculator. I will provide scratch paper.
No use of other materials or devices (e.g. cell phone, tablet, laptop) is allowed. The
midterm exam will cover topics up to and including queueing, but not inventory
management.

The exam is non-cumulative, thus it will cover only the second half of the course
materials, starting from and including inventory management.
