High Pressure Airless Spray or Low Pressure pumps for Single-Gun or Multiple Gun
Application of Pre-Mixed Coatings.
CoverCat offers a range of Pneumatically powered Airless Spray Machines for a wide range of
industrial coating applications from heavy duty to low viscosity materials for high quality
Industrial finishing applications. The machines are directly related to our world-renowned
plural component systems and have evolved as a result of customer requests to provide a
range of strong and reliable machines for everyday use in standard or premix coating
applications.
The compressed air supply provides the power source for the pump to operate and is directly connected to the high
pressure displacement pump. The Pump unit is a double acting, double ball design and delivers the same quantity of
material on both strokes of the pump cycle.
Coating materials are supplied from the pump through a high pressure filter to the spray hose which is connected to
the spray gun and spray tip.
Pressure is maintained by the air supply and is governed by an air pressure regulator with a pressure gauge.
There are a wide range of pressure ratio and delivery volume options which are selected from the tables below.
All units are supplied complete with Air maintenance kit comprising Coupling, Air valve, Air filter, regulator and gauge
with lubricator unit.
A High Pressure material filter with drain valve is installed to the pump outlet.
A suction hose and probe is fitted to the pump inlet except where this is replaced by a hopper feed on smaller units.
Robust steel carts are powder coated for durability and fitted with pneumatic tyres on larger units.
