LESSON PLAN HPE 1202

LESSON ORGANISATION (based on Australian Curriculum: Health & Physical Education)

Intention:
The intention of this session is to teach students the fundamental basic skills of goal kicking and to be able to kick targets with accuracy.

Pre-lesson organisation:
- Drill 1 & 2 set up and ready to go
- Will need:
10 footballs, 10 cones, class of 25, Goal posts & soft dodgeball

Beginning class organisation:
8:30- - Have everyone sitting in front of the teacher
8:33am - Explain todays objectives
(3min) - Number each student a number from 1-4
- In these teams assign each number a different segment of land to work in
- Once everyone is in their correct positions explain the warm-up activity
- Blow whistle to start

WARM UP
HUMAN TUNNEL BALL - That everyone is getting involved and

- Whilst the above activity is happening confirm numbers for the next drill
