4. BothFirefightersthengotothefoldedendandstarttorollthehosetowardsthecouplings
5. AsoneFirefighterrolls,theothermaintainsthetightnessofthehosebytakinguptheslack
6. Oncetherolliscompleted,securethecouplingandmakesuretherollistight

1. With2Firefighters,Foldhoseinhalf
2. OneFirefightermaintainsthecouplingsandplacesthemwiththenumbersidedown
3. ThenplacetheMalecoupling23ft.shortoftheFemalecoupling
4. TheotherFirefighteratthefoldedend,willadjustthehosetokeepitstraightwithnotwists
5. Oncethehoseisstraight,bothFirefighters,willmeetatthefoldedendofthehose
6. OneFirefighterwillfoldthehoseformingatrianglewhichwillstartthedoublehoseroll(keepittight)
7. TheotherFirefighterwillguidethehoseasitisrolledmakingsurethehoseremainstightandfreeofslack
8. Ataboutaquarterofthewaythroughthehoseroll,thehoseshallbecrossedover
9. Continuetorolluntilyouareaboutaquarterawayfromthecouplings,thencrossthehosebackover
10. Oncethehoserolliscompleted,Makesureitistightandcouplethecouplingswith3turns
11. Securethehoserollwitharubberrestraintifavailable
