Assignment #1 The HGMI report.

After completing the Howard Gardner Multiple Intelligence teat the following results
showed my strengths and weaknesses.

My top four Intelligences profiles are Logical/Mathematical, Interpersonal, Naturalist, and

Existential.

My strongest intelligence is Logical/Mathematical. I believe that this is my strongest as I do

look at things and try to understand how they work, and what makes things work the way
they do. I have always been fascinated with problem solving, and doing things that test my
mental strength.

This strength could be used in a team environment where a project can be broken down
into sections or segments that require specialized skills, such as in research technician, or
computer analyst.

The other three intelligences profiles are all much lower than my first, but are equal,
reading only two on the scale. I am struggling to find anything with these characteristics
that I could use effectively in a group environment or in a career.

The results for my middle intelligences is Bodil/Kinesthetic, reading as zero or as I call it

tactile learning. I enjoy work that requires hands on skills since its an effective way for me
to learn. A job as a computer hardware repair technician, or computer builder would be
good.

My lowest intelligences profiles are Linguistic/Verbal, Musical, Spatial/Visual, and

Interpersonal.

These weaknesses are all true and reflect who I am. All of these intelligences would not
suit a team environment, social interactions, or where interpersonal skills are required. I
have tried to develop these traits, but still feel I am lacking in this area. I believe that with
proper training and experience I can develop these areas and make them an asset.

My top three careers that I feel I am suited for based on my strongest intelligences profile
are.
