1.- Why are you considering leaving your current position?
Because in the company where my husband Works, in the rea of human
resourses they changed the city as part of their work
2.- What aspects of your past / present Jobs have been most challanging?
Work with people with whom we do not share some points of view
3.- Tell me about a profesional challenge you ve faced and how it was resolvet:
Completing a proyecto on time that seemed unable to be concluded due to lack of
resourees and was solued by teamwork.
4.- What do yuo feel were your most significant aceomplishments on the job?
One of my most important achrevements has been the recognition they gave me
for the good performance in my work and due to this a promotion of position.
5.-What do you consider to be a strength of yours?
Be perseverant in negative situations in the profesional field as well as in the
personal.
6.-what do you consider to be your weaknesses?
Be Quite stubborn but I have realized that listening to the different opinions that are
in group.

For the grent experience. Knomledge and competence that I have chose through
my profesional life.

I am very excited to take on more management responsabilities in the coming
years and potente ally even take the initiative in a Project.
