In consideration of participating in Airsoft Tournament dubbed the 1st RODEO MASBATEO


CUP I represent that I understand the nature of this competition and that I am qualified, in good
health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that if I believe
event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the Airsoft Competition. I
agree and acknowledge that:

1. I have met all the prerequisites required by the Team RBESSY for participation of the Airsoft
Course.
2. I will abide by the rules and regulations imposed upon all participants in the use of the Airsoft
Course, and I recognize that it is my sole responsibility to acquaint myself with them.
3. I am fully aware that there are risks and hazards inherent in the very nature in participating in the
competition. I have full knowledge of the nature and extent of these risks and that in using the
Airsoft Course I may suffer personal injury, death or property loss. The particulars of these types
of injuries include but are not limited to:
a) Any injury resulting from falling and impacting against the obstacles or the ground; all allergic
reactions, sprains, or strains.
b) Injuries which result from airborne BBs or contact with other persons using the Airsoft
Course.
c) Injury which results from failure of safety glasses, airsoft guns, obstacles, buildings, or any
other part of the Airsoft Course.
4. I acknowledge that the option not to wear safety glasses or use any other recognized safety
equipment on the Airsoft Course exposes me, as a participant, to increased risks. I acknowledge
that Team RBESSY advised me to use safety glasses and other safety equipment.
5. With this knowledge, I nevertheless, freely and voluntarily assume the risks involved in the use of
the Airsoft Course exposes me, as a participant, to increased risk. I acknowledge that Team
RBESSY have advised me to use goggles and other safety equipment.
6. I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Team RBESSY of any from any and all
claims, demands, damages, proceedings, expenses, actions, or causes of action in law or inequity
in respect to any death, injury, loss or damage to myself or to my property howsoever caused and
arising or to arise by participating in the Airsoft Competition including, without limiting the
generality of the foregoing, the negligence of the Releases.
7. I agree to indentify and save the harmless Releases for any claim, including any claim for medical
services arising from the use of the Airsoft Course during the competition.
8. I am aware of the nature and effect of the Release, Waiver of Claim and Assumption of Risk, my
voluntary signature on this Release, Waiver of Claim and Assumption of Risk is binding upon
myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators and assigns.
9. This Release and Waiver of Claim shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns.
10. I am executing this Release and Waiver of Claim and Assumption of Risk freely and voluntarily
without any compulsion on behalf of team RBESSY.
11. I acknowledge that I have read this entire Agreement prior to signing it. Intending to be legally
bound I have signed this Release, Waiver of Claim, and Assumption of Risk or this day of April 22,
2017, in the Province of Masbate.

I, , agree in consideration of my childs/ my wards use of demands by reason of

damage, loss, death or injury to my child/ my ward or his or her property not withstanding that the

same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the Releases. I acknowledge

that I have read this entire agreement prior to signing it and that I intend to be bound by all of its

terms. Intending to be legally bound, I have signed this Release, Waiver of Claim, and Assumption of

Risk this April 22, 2017 in the Province of Masbate.

Rules and Regulations of RBESSYs 1st Rodeo Masbateo Cup
Airsoft Speedball Tournament
Safety First

A. Only the 10 Operators plus their Reserve will be able to enter the field, their identification will be
asked before entering the game zone (The use of a Reserve will be up to the Team, Registered Reserve
are the only ones allowed to substitute anyone from the team, therefore if your team doesnt use this
option, no player substitution will be allowed.)

B. No signed waiver, no play.

C. No Real Firearms or deadly weapon/s within the whole venue.

D. No sharp objects or anything that can cut/wound including the one in your AEG, like protruding
inner barrels or sharp flash hider.

E. No players are allowed if under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.

F. FULL FACE MASK IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! No adequate Air soft face mask (eye & face
protection), no play. Players are responsible for the safety gears worn.

G. No firecrackers, smoke bombs, flash bangs and anything that will cause fire on the game site.

H. No improvised weapon or converted airgun to airsoft.

I. Muzzle Velocity: 450 fps using 6mm BBs @ 0.20g (1.88 joules of energy).

J. BBs specification: Unmodified white 6mm and maximum weight of .25g only.

K. Never take off your eye/ face protection within the game zone even if the game is over.

L. NO DRUGS AND/OR ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED. Anyone caught under the influence or possession will be
asked to leave the premises/event IMMEDIATELY.

M. Must be at least 18 years of age

N. Standard Safety Gun Rule


1. Consider every gun loaded.
2. Never point the gun to anybody/ anything you do not intend to shoot.
3. Keep your finger off the trigger until you fire.
4. Be sure of your target and what is around it.
5. Be courteous.

O. One-hit Elimination
a. Direct line to body
b. Friendly Fire
c. Knife kill
d. No Ricochet

P. No Hit Call
a. Shooter cannot call opponent out.
b. Hit players to acknowledge by SHOUTING "HIT!"
c. Hit players are to raise an arm, straight up with your AEG held up high, otherwise they're still
considered to be active and a threat
d. Magazine should be removed once a player is considered hit otherwise they're still considered
to be active and a threat.
Q. No hostages (non-combatants are umpires, eliminated players, spectators, bystanders, etc)
a. No hiding behind non-combatants.
b. No mixing with non-combatants.
c. No engaging in proximity of delicate or valuable property.

R. No holding or grappling
a. No rough physical contact between players.
b. No holding on to opponent or opponent's gun.
c. Basis for expulsion from the event.

S. Avoid Inflicting Unnecessary Pain


a. Avoid Overkill (Excessive Burst/ Full auto), One burst fire is not considered an overkill.
b. Avoid point-blank shooting, ask for surrender.
c. Avoid blind-fire.
d. Stop shooting players signifying hit.

T. Dead men tell no tales


a. No coaching from any non-combatants (non-combatants are umpires, eliminated players,
spectators, bystanders, etc).
b. No radios, cell phones or other electronic communications allowed within the game zone.

U. No time out
a. Player must overcome equipment malfunction or temporary difficulty without calling "time
out", otherwise player must eliminate him/ herself from the game.

V. Umpire's decision is final


a. Umpire will only call hits to any his designated area (assigned by management).
b. Umpire will only call hits that he/she sees.
W. Observe proper decorum at all times
a. No fist fight, vulgar quarrel, trash talk, rude and provocative remarks/gestures.

X. Dress appropriately
a. Long sleeves are advised.
b. No open footwear. Tactical boots/Spike shoes are advised.
c. No excessive padding.
d. No white and Yellow BDUs/Team uniform (Upper and Lower)
e. Shorts and Spike shoes are allowed.
Mechanics:

Registration fee is Php300.00/player (With free Lunch & Freebies).

Ten (10) - man team with Two (2) reserve (but must be registered and paid).

No Swapping of players from other teams.

a 4 Magazines allowed per operator each Game (No motorized and Box Mags)

1 day of battle, 7 minutes per round of game.

Chrono check will be done RANDOMLY. Any Operator caught above the required FPS will automatically
be disqualified for the game & for the next game on the first offense. Expulsion from the event for the
second offense. Team Leaders of opposing teams will be present during the random chrono.

WIN OR LOSE BASED COMPETITION; NO POINT SYSTEM. TIME LAPSED; INCOMPLETE MISSION
OBJECTIVE OR DRAW WILL MEAN A LOSE FOR EACH TEAM. GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE WILL GIVE YOU
TIME FOR ISSUES/CONCERNS FROM PREVIOUS GAME.

Complaints or contest will only be entertained by the grievance committee through the TEAM LEADER
ONLY INSTANTLY RIGHT AFTER THE ROUND OF GAME. Afterward, it's not anymore valid.

All need to know information will be discussed through the TEAM LEADERS ONLY.

Team leaders are in-charge of disseminating all info given by the game committee, etc.

Players 7-18 years of age will have to the sign the waiver; a special request letter stating the name of
the under-age participant/s, consent from the parents and must be always accompanied by a playing
parent/s or guardian/s while playing. The parent/s or guardian should take full responsibilities of the
under-age players.

In case that there will be a TIE in the number of WINS, TIME which will be taken in each game will be
used to BREAK THE TIE. In case there is still a TIE, Yellow flags will be considered to obtain the team
rankings.

GROUNDS FOR FLAG SYSTEM:

ONLY 4 Yellow FLAGS FOR EACH TEAM PER GAME IS ALLOWED. A TEAM THAT EXCEEDS 4 FLAGS WILL BE
given a RED Flag & DISQUALIFIED FOR THE GAME. In case, there is still time left, the opposing team will
be allowed to continue accomplishing the OBJECTIVES unopposed. (for tie-breaking purposes)

YELLOW FLAG
- NOT RECOGNIZING HIT AFTER 5 COUNTS.
- HIDING BEHIND THE HOSTAGES (See above description).
- ARGUING WITH THE MARSHALS/UMPIRES CALL.
- COACHING, EITHER BY A HIT PLAYER OR TEAM MATES FROM OUTSIDE THE FIELD.
- TRASH TALK, RUDE AND PROVOCATIVE REMARKS/GESTURES .

PENALTY: THE PLAYER WILL BE CONSIDERED HIT AUTOMATICALLY.


(ALSO APPLIES WHEN CAUGHT BLINDFIRING).

RED FLAG: Game Fixing, GIVING AWAY A GAME IN FAVOR OF ANOTHER TEAM.
- CAUGHT USING AN AEG WITH A MUZZLE VELOCITY ABOVE THE LIMIT SET BY THE ORGANIZERS (2nd
OFFENSE for the same operator).
-PLAYERS CAUGHT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL.
-SWAPPING OF PLAYERS NOT REGISTERED AS RESERVES OR FROM OTHER TEAMS.

PENALTY: THE PLAYER/TEAM SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED FOR THE GAME. On 2nd Offense for the same
operator over 450 fps the TEAM will be disqualified for the current game in favor of the opposing team.
10 MAN TEAM / 7 MINUTE GAME / WIN - LOSE SYSTEM

4 Magazines allowed per operator each Game (No motorized and Box Mags)

Your mission is to retrieve the FLAG and RAISE it before your enemy does.

This Mission has been issued the HIGHEST PRIORITY by the higher ups.

Rapid deployment of troop is a must.

Move in fast and finish the job.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- RETRIEVE and RAISE the FLAG

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE
- CREATE the PUZZLE to get the KEY
- KEY to open the BOX inside the KILLHOUSE
- FLAGLETS#1 to activate the 2nd SQUAD
- FLAGLETS#2 to activate and OPEN the CENTER LINE
- UNLOCK the Box to get the FLAG to be RAISE

Teams will be separated into 2 squads. The 1st squad will be composed of 5 operators.

The second squad will be composed on 5 operators that will be deployed on the same
Insertion Points.

-Only one operator with the key is allowed to enter the KILLHOUSE to RETRIEVE the
FLAG.

-inside the KILLHOUSE is a SAFEZONE.

- The game will end once the FLAG has been RAISED.

- GAME OVER.

DISCLAIMER: THE COMMITTEE HAS THE RIGHT TO GIVE SANCTION FOR YELLOW, RED, SAFETY AND OTHER
RULES.
