The West Side Community Health Services Board of Directors is pleased to announce that, after a

national search, it has selected a new CEO for the organization, Reuben Moore.

Reuben will take the reins from Mary Nesvig, who has been serving as interim CEO during the
search. Under Marys continued medical and executive leadership, the organization has refocused
on patient care. As Interim CEO, she engaged the staff in new ways to further the mission of the
organization. Many thanks to Mary for her commitment and stewardship.

Reuben joins a talented Westside leadership team that works tirelessly to advance the FQHC
mission of the organization. Reuben will partner with this best-in-class leadership team that includes
Chief Medical Officer - Dr. Mary Nesvig, Chief Financial Officer - Blake Darsow, Chief Operating
Officer - Chris Singer, Medical Director - Dr. Sarah Maier, Grants Director - Paige Bowen, Dental
Director - Dr. Brad McDonnell and Human Resource Director - Cathy Mensing. A solid leadership
team that works in cohesion to bring an inspired effort and commitment to the communities we
serve.

Reuben has joined Westside Community Health Services from a leadership role at Mayo Clinic. He
has served in a leadership capacity in various organizations consistent with the organizations
mission, such as Board Treasurer for another FQHC and as the Chair of the MNSure Health
Industry Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors.

At Mayo, Reuben served as the Chief Executive of Mayo Clinic Health Solutions and the Global
Business Solution Corporate Ecosystem, where he was responsible for leadership and governance,
including financial oversight, strategic management, and business transformation. Before that, he
worked for Humana Insurance (Head of Wellness Innovation), and at UnitedHealth Group.
Reuben recently completed a doctoral program classwork (ABD) at the University of St. Thomas in
Healthcare Strategy, Innovation, & Transformation, has an MBA from Hamline University, and has
a BA in Enterprise Development.

He is truly passionate about our mission to strengthen the well-being of our community through
