Course learning Objectives:
The training goals of this class are for student to learn problem solving, innovation, collaboration, and communication. The methodology for this class is PMO Implementation Framework, which is based on Project Management Body of Knowledge, aligned with ISO 21500, and business analysis. Students could understand how project management could be applied in company level. Also, several international projects will be discussed in class as case study, and best practices could be shared and learnt. Final project is the project for students to work as a team to apply project management skills to realize the idea.
