Course learning Objectives:

The training goals of this class are for student to learn problem solving,
innovation, collaboration, and communication. The methodology for this class
is PMO Implementation Framework, which is based on Project Management
Body of Knowledge, aligned with ISO 21500, and business analysis. Students
could understand how project management could be applied in company level.
Also, several international projects will be discussed in class as case study,
and best practices could be shared and learnt. Final project is the project for
students to work as a team to apply project management skills to realize the
idea.

upload one article weekly. Such that you can exchange ideas on project
management with experts.

Topic: Plan for your Thesis
Evaluate your status and future goal
Establish your vision
Watch the environment
What capability? Value? Are important? Why you care? .
Determine how you start and what will be the end of your thesis
Project deliverable: a project plan and charter for your thesis
Please note: I said Project Plan. So, the grade is based on the important
elements of project plan

Case Study(Group): 40%

Pick one topic, deliverable for this task:
One report each team (paper and ppt oral 30%) and personal report for Case
Study of each team (10%)
Final project: Case Study Results
