What can the government do to encourage young people to become teachers?

There are many job opportunities in the modern world that are interesting, and offer a high
incomesalary, and have a chances to go abroad and wide connection, so that fewer young
people choose to build their career in education.

In my opinion, teacher is a respectable and important job because teachers are people who
share the knowledge to with other people, educate help form the good personalityies to for
children and develop the a high quality workforce; however, they havent have not paid
satisfactorily. Moreover, their working time is very long, for they not only teach in the class but
also prepare the lessons at home. Teachers usually have lung diseases caused by using
breathing in chalk dust or throat diseases due to talking too much. Besides, teachers in remote
areas have deal with many difficult problems such as: a shortage of teaching tools, no teaching
room and facilities. With some of given reasons, nowadays many people tends to adopt
infollow/pursue other fields professions that make them earn moreoffer them higher salaries
money and have more time to relax.

So I think the government should give some policies to boost encourage young people to
become teachers. Firstly, the pedagogy study fee should be lower and more scholarships would
should be awarded given to good students or disadvantaged students living in far-off areas. The
secondSecondly, the minimum wage of teacher salary wouldshould be increased; furthermore,
the teachers have supported by other financial and health policies such as: decrease health care
fees especially the lungs and throat diseasesthe government should help teachers with curing
lung and throat diseases for free and provide, low-interest bank loans and free education for
their children. Finally, the government would pay more attention to the remote areas by
constructing schools, providing enough teaching tools, free tuition for pupils and students, and
motivating and rewarding teachers.

In conclusion, education is very important, so the government of every country should support
young people so that they will love and dedicatein order to encourage them to become good
teachers.
