Procedures for selection of Best Kaizen:

One Voting Sheet will be provided for all the Kaizen presentations by Team.
Please do not use fractions in your scoring/voting sheet. Add these points and put it against
each, under total point column.
Immediately after the last Kaizen is presented by the team, give points for the last one.
Team scoring the highest scores under total point column will be the winner.
After completing this, please hand over the voting papers to the organizers.
