    Assessment & Evaluation

    This unit of work will use the formative and summative assessments in every lesson. Formative assessment includes observations, checklist for records,

    worksheet completion and Think Pair Share. With regards to summative assessment, rubric for the culminating task will be used and a reflection

    activity in their English Journal Notebooks will be completed at the end of the unit. Children will reflect about what they learn, what they found

    difficult, challenging and interesting. ESL and learners with special needs can do the assessment through drawings.
