WHAT IS FLIGHT CREDIT?
This is gratuitous credit given to members when they
refer new members. Flight credit may be used
toward shared and private charters, and extra seats
for friends and family. Flight credit is truly a currency
all its own. Any unused flight credit expires
12 months after receipt.
HOW DOES JETSMARTER DIFFER FROM
JET CARDS AND FRACTIONAL
OWNERSHIP?
Jet Cards lock travelers into a pre-paid amount
of flight hours, typically on a specific category
of aircraft, at a fixed hourly rate. We do not subscribe
to this inflexible business model. Conversely, our
members enjoy flexibility and freedom to fly outside
Jet Card constraints, but with the same level
of guaranteed service.
JetSmarter does not operate using a Fractional
Ownership program. Fractional owners share in the
ownership of an aircraft a depreciating asset.
They are responsible for the acquisition fee, monthly
management fees, occupied hourly fees, and
additional fees, including fuel, tax surcharge,
and international fees.

HOW DO I USE MY JETSMARTER INVITE

CAN MEMBERS BRING NON-MEMBER
TRAVEL COMPANIONS ON FLIGHTS?
When space allows, additional shuttle seats
may be purchased, and select deal flights offer
complimentary seats for friends and family.

GENERAL
DOES JETSMARTER OWN THE PLANES
AND EMPLOY THE PILOTS?
No. JetSmarter partners with Private Jet
Operators, sometimes called air carriers.
Air carriers are responsible for managing,
maintaining, piloting, and operating private jet
flights. All JetSmarter routes are operated by
private jet operators. JetSmarter is not an air
carrier or a private jet operator.
WHAT ARE JETSMARTERS SAFETY
AND SECURITY PROCEDURES?
We have our own independent safety
review teams that analyze the operations and safety
procedures of all operator partners. In addition,
we only partner with operators that carry a Wyvern
or ARG/US safety rating. You can view safety ratings
in our app with each aircrafts liability insurance.
We also perform background checks on all members
and conduct non-intrusive bag checks prior
to boarding.
CAN I SET MY OWN DEPARTURE TIME?
For PRIVATECHARTERS, SHAREDCHARTERS,
AND CUSTOMSHUTTLES, absolutely.

It depends on the route and distance.
Many JETSHUTTLES travel on heavy jets, such as the
Gulfstream, Challenger, and Falcon aircrafts, with
a flight attendant, premium amenities, and Wi-Fi
on board. We also arrange JETSHUTTLES on light
jets, midsize jets, and turbo props.

Membership and any and all services offered by JetSmarter are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, Charter Terms,
and additional agreements applicable to certain services. In exchange for a membership fee, JetSmarter provides access to numerous services and benefits. JetSmarter
reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any of the services or benefits at any time, including, without limitation, changes, suspension, or termination of any routes,
types of aircraft used and/or operators that perform flights, and changes to (or imposition of new) fees or other charges for services or benefits. Membership and Initiation
fees are subject to change and include all applicable taxes. JetSmarter may offer a number of programs, including whole aircraft charters and Public Charters. For whole
aircraft charters, JetSmarter will act solely as members agent in arranging the flight. For Public Charter operations, JetSmarter will act as principal in buying and reselling the
air transportation. Seats obtained under the Public Charter Program will be subject to the Public Charter Participant Agreement. JetSmarter does not own or operate any
aircraft. All flights are performed by FAAlicensed and DOTregistered air carriers. The Membership Fee is an access fee for use of the Service, is not a payment for air
transportation, and is non-refundable, except as specifically provided herein, even if Member fails to utilize the Program or the Services. The Membership Fee is not amortized
over time and not based on Members ability to purchase or use the Service.

SMART members will have access to select complimentary seats on JetSmarter-scheduled shuttle flights over select routes that are less than three hours in length. Seats
available for complimentary reservations by SMART members will be identified in the JetSmarter application. Reservations on some flights, including but not limited to those
more than three hours in length, will require a requisite number of shuttle tokens and additional payment. Shuttle reservations are subject to availability and are offered on a
first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary reservations are not available on seasonal and event shuttles for all tiers of membership. JetSmarter may limit the number of seats
available for complimentary reservations on any flight subject to its complete discretion.

SOPHISTICATED members will have access to select complimentary seats on scheduled shuttle flights over select routes that are less than three hours in length by utilizing
shuttle tokens allocated to each SOPHISTICATED member upon purchase of the membership. Seats available for complimentary reservations by SOPHISTICATED members will
be identified in the JetSmarter application. Shuttle reservations are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary reservations are not
available on seasonal and event shuttles for all tiers of membership. JetSmarter may limit the number of seats available for complimentary reservations on any flight subject to
its complete discretion.

Members will be able to reserve a limited number of complimentary seats on emptyleg flights based on their membership tier, the type of aircraft,
and other factors with the ability to purchase additional seats. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
