1c Dismentling exixting air cooling system and Buy back the

salvaged materials and equipments and shift them away
from site as soon as possible following all safety norms

2 NEW BRICK WALL (100 MM )

BRICK MASONRY WORKS for 100 mm thick (as locally
available in size) in partition walls up to roof or as per
drawing & Front Steps in CM 1:4. Rate to include
providing 75 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 bands using 2 nos 8
mm dia Torsteel reinforcement at every 1 M height of wall
including plywood/MS shuttering. Steel reinforcement
shall be paid for separately, etc complete as directed by
Bank's Engineer-in charge: 25.00 SQ.MT.

3 PLASTER
INTERNAL PLASTER : Providing and laying average 20
mm thick cement plaster in ratio 1: 5 (cement; fine sand )
in two coats including providing necessary scaffolding,
chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete
surfaces, with a minimum overlap of 150 mm in all
directions and curing complete. No extra payment shall be
made for additional thickness if required to achieve
perfect line and level. The job includes cleaning, wetting
of surface before plastering, curing etc all complete.
Required grooves to be formed as per drawing/design etc
complete as per direction of the Bank's Engineer-in-

4 GRANITE WORK FOR DOOR FRAME

GRANITE FRAMES TO TOILET DOORS
Providing & fixing 3/4" thk Granite for door frames in
vertical jambs & soffit, with outer part of 4" width and inner
part of 2" width fixed on walls with a difference of " for
door shutter, including machine polish on exposed edges
and rounding of corners, necessary backing material, and

8 PANTRY PLATFORM IN JET BLACK GRANITE (WITH

Providing and laying platform of 2-0 width (clear) and at
2-8 height (top) above FFL. of approved 20 mm thick
granite with bull nosed edges. It shall be supported on 18
mm kotah/marble double slab sandwich togather with
approve adhesive viz arolite or equivalent . A 2 granite
facia should be provided below the bull nosed edge of
granite platform. Rate shall be inclusive of making cutouts
and polishing the edges for 18 " x 18 " S. S. Nirali sink
without drain board (medium) or equivalent make). A
flexible pipe from sink to the nahani trap shall be
provided. Rate shall also include one jaguar continental C

9 MARBLE PARTITION BELOW PANTRY PLAT FORM

18 mm thick MARBLE STONE slab for partition for
modular under counter storage system in cement mortar
1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including pointing with cement
mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an
admixture of pigment to match the stone shade.(Area of
slab should be over 0.5 sq.m. and the height to be
covered with a single slab) and to be secured to the
backing by means of clamps. 5.10 SQM
10 WATER PROOFING
Providing & laying water proofing treatment consisting of
one layer of polymer based water proofing treatment laid
over cold bitumen 80/90 grade with over lapping joints &
finished with another layer of bitumen edges properly
bent, allow for specials like cutting around floor trap &
sealing of edges, etc. Rate shall incl. Brick bat coba with

11 GLAZED TILE DADO

Providing and fixing 600x300 approved shade of Glazed
tiles as per pattern for dado from FFL using CM 1:4 in
proper line and level as directed by the Bank / Architect
as shown in the drawings. The rate shall include
necessary backing material,dural nosing for edges, water
proofing and joint filling compound of the same shade as
that of the ceramic tiles. All sanitary fittings shall be
located on the joints or junctions of the tiles. 3 SQ.MT.

12 ROLLING SHUTTER
ROLLING SHUTTER Supply, fabrication and fixing of MS
rolling shutter of the following specifications including grill
window of 300 mm height at eye level for visibility even in
closed position. Code: Conforming to IS 6248 1979
Type: Self Coiling type (manual) Curtains: Interlocking
cold rolled lath section of 0.8 mm thickness. Lock plate :
MS sheet of 3.15 mm thick reinforced with MS angles of
35 x 35 mm. Guide channel : MS sheets of 3.5 mm thick
Bracket Plate : MS Sheet of 0.9 mm thick.Hood Covers :
MS sheet of 0.9 mm thick Locking handle : To be
provided suitably. Rate shall include providing and fixing
holdfasts and painting two coats of enamel paint of
approved make and shade over two coats of zinc

13 EXTERIOR TEXTURE PAINT :

EXTERIOR TEXTURE PAINT :
Providing and Applying Textured wall finish of
SPECTRUM make in RUSTIK FINISH (NATURAL
Average 2mm thickness) as per approved shade,
colour/pattern on the newly plastered wall surface. The
textured to be applied with stainless steel trowel and
plastic trowel using approved composition as per
manufacturers' specifications. The rate should include
necessary undercoat if needed including top coat acrylic
paint, scaffolding & cleaning at all levels and location,
complete as directed. Work to be executed by Authorized
applicator/agency of SPECTRUM PAINTS LTD complete

 14 RAMP
1 EXCAVATION
1(a) Earth work in excavation in hard rock. The job includes
shoring, shuttering, bailing out rain water/sub soil water
manually or by using appropriate capacity dewatering
pump, ramming the bottom, dressing the sides and
bottoms and stacking the excavated earth not less than 1
m from the edge of excavation and then backfilling,
spreading, watering and compaction, disposal of surplus
earth to any unobjectionable place (upto 50M. lead and
1.50m lift) all complete as per direction of Bank's Engg.-In-
Charge. Any sheet piling required to prevent excessive
water seepage to tank area/foundation area will be paid
separately as per approval of Bank's Engg.-In-Charge.

2 PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE : Providing and laying in

position mechanically mixed plain cement concrete with
crushed stone aggregate of specified grade excluding the

3 REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE : Reinforced

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST -

(d) Treatment of existing masonry using chemical

emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including
drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement
mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) to the full depth of the hole
: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1%
concentration

(e) Treatment at points of contact of wood work by

Chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or
kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6
mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm
centre to centre and sealing the same.

10 GYPBOARD FALSE CEILING Providing and fixing

thk. Gypsum India board false ceiling at levels as shown
in the drg. From FFL. Rate shall be inclusive of all
Gypsum India components contained G.I. perimeter
channels of size 0.55 thick having one flange of 20mm
and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm
alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to
brickwall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and
screws, at 610mm centres. The suspending
G.I.intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with
two flanges of 15mm each from the soffite at 1220mm
centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.55
thick fixed to soffite with G.I. cleat and steel expansion
fastners at every 610mm c/c. Ceiling sections of 0.55mm
thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges
of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to
intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and
in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at
457mm centres. 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard is then
screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws
driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment.
The boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a 368.00 SQ.MT.
flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered
and squre edge of the boards with jointing compound &
joint paper tape. Rate shall be inclusive of any vertical
ceiling part, spot, tube light, A. C. Grills, fire and security
systems cut outs including two or more coating approved
system enamal paint to give an even shade, All Sections
should adhere to the manufacturers guidelines and
contractor has to submit the Gypsum India certificate on
using the India Gypsum sections & boards. Refer
attached sheet along with drawings for details.
11 MINERAL FIBER CEILLING 315.93 SQ.MT.
