2.0 ANALYSIS METHOD

2.1. Lifting Lug Calculation
2.1.1. Design Method
- Manual calculation of structure will be analysis used by API RP 2A, 21st Edition
- Structure will be analysis used by software STAAD pro based standrad AISC-ASD 1989

2.1.2. Design Criteria

- Use Fix support at crane support
- Allowable beam stress at lifting condition is 1,0
- Dynamic amplification factor :
- Padeyes & direct members = 3
- Other member = 1.35

2.1.3. Load Combination

Steel Structure Design
LC 101 = (1.1 G + 1.1 E)
LC 102 = (2.2 G + 2.2 E)
LC 103 = (1.485 G + 1.485 E)

Where :
G = Gravity Load
E = Equipment Load

2.2. Transportation Analysis

2.1.1. Design Method
- Structure will analysis used by software STAAD pro based standrad AISC-ASD 1989
- Use pinned support at structure support
- One-third increase in allowable stress allowed for transportation

2.1.2. Design Criteria

- Use Fix support at crane support
- Allowable beam stress at lifting condition is 1,0

- Dynamic amplification factor :

- Padeyes & direct members = 2
- other membe = 1.35

2.1.3. Load Combination

Steel Structure Design
LC 101 = 1.1 G + 1.1 E + V(x) + V(z1)
LC 102 = 1.1 G + 1.1 E + V(x) + V(z2)
LC 103 = 1.1 G + 1.1 E + V(y) + V(z1)
LC 104 = 1.1 G + 1.1 E + V(y) + V(z2)
LC 105 = 1.1 G + 1.1 E + 0,5.V(x) + 0,5.V(y) + 0,5. V(z1)
LC 106 = 1.1 G + 1.1 E + 0,5.V(x) + 0,5.V(y) + 0,5. V(z2)
