The set of partitions is made up of monolithic panels with different thicknesses, and they are free-standing.
They are assembled together with hidden aluminum profiling.
They have a smooth surface, are easily dismantled, and are manufactured from sandwich panels.

Sandwich Panel
The movable walls consist of modular, free-standing panels with surface coverings that are suitable for ma-
king sterile environments and contamination controlled environments.
The covering is chosen based on the activity that is carried out inside the clean room.The following surface

PROFILING
ASSEMBLY AND JOINING PANELS
To obtain a Flush System, the panels are joined by hidden aluminum profiling.
The binding profile resolves the channeling of the power lines for outlets, switches, sound and data.
These profiles are integrated between the partitions serving as support, avoiding detachable elements.

All the meeting points between floors, partitions and ceilings are made with profiling forming aluminum
scotia, which is white lacquered or PVC lacquered, depending on the offer, with a 50 mm interior radius.

DOORS
The doors are free-standing. They are supplied as a compact frame/door block. The doors are ready to be
inserted into the partitions, or via profile fittings attached to site walls.
The frame is built with extruded aluminum profiling, with very resistant 6063 alloy, which is white lacquered.
It is attached to the floor and to the panel/partition, offering good sturdiness. The frame and door set has
no visible fasteners, except for those needed for the lock, in order to make it easier to maintain.
The leaves of the doors are sandwich panel, consisting of two 3 mm phenolic resin sheets, for greater impact
resistance than the panels.
The core of the leaves is insulation made of EPS, PUR, PIR, WR, etc. depending on the offer.

We have a wide variety of dimensions and models: simple doors, double doors, sliding doors, roll-up doors,
etc.
The edges of the leaves are framed with lacquered aluminum profiling, thus attaining good impact protec-
tion.
The hollow for the latch and lock is blind, so as to prevent communication with the inner cavity of the
frames profiling.
We have a magnetic lock model that allows for a cleaner finish without interstices.
The hinges can be hidden hinges or surface hinges; both are adjustable.
Air leaking through the door does not create any problem for attaining overpressures set by international
standards.

INFLATABLE JOINT DOORS

We can supply and install watertight doors with an inflatable seal all around the perimeter, mounted on a
stainless steel perimeter frame. It includes an electro-pneumatic regulation and control panel.
These are applicable for areas where a high degree of airtightness is needed, such as laboratories where
there is a risk of biocontamination, BSL-3 laboratories, laboratory animal facilities, etc.

INTERLOCKS IN THE DOOR

In order to limit airborne contamination through doors, the doors may be equipped with electro-mecha-
nical locks, in order to prevent simultaneous opening of the two doors. In that way, a pressure cascade can
be guaranteed.
We have different options, such as:
Electric lock, solenoid bolt, pneumatic bolt, magnetic suction cup.
Door status detector, warning lights, mushroom head push-button for emergency opening, automation for
integrating several doors with exits for centralized control.

ACCESS CONTROL
It is possible to include an access control and to integrate it into the rest of the buildings access control.
We use any model on the market, and we integrate it into our control, in order to manage the interlocks
in the SAS.

AUTOMATIC RETRACTABLE HERMETIC SEALING

To improve the airtightness of normal swing doors, we have the option to include an automatic mechanism
in the lower edge of the door, which is made of aluminum and has a seal of high performance silicone, which
absorbs unevenness of up to 20 mm. Automatic leveling for uneven floors. Parallel descent.

WINDOWS
The windows in the panel are made up of an interior frame of lacquered aluminum. They
are watertight. They join with the panel via an aluminum inner perimeter tube. This enables
several consecutive windows to be put in, without an intermediate panel module.
The windows have 5 mm thick double glazing, with a 3 mm sealed gasket all around the
perimeter, via neutral fungicide silicone.
The finishing is flush on both sides.

FALSE CEILINGS
The ceiling to be installed can be continuous without visible profiling, or modular with visible profiling.

Longitudinal joining. Without visible profiling in modulation of 1,200 mm.

Cross joining. This can be avoided by using panels of one single piece, if there is an elevation diagram and
if the panels can feasibly enter the rooms.
Support. Depending on the light between supports and on the load. Steel cable tensioners are installed
in the upper part.
Walk-on. We have the option of a walk-on ceilingboth the modular type and the continuous typeto
make maintenance work easier in the facilities, electricity, air conditioning , fluids, etc...
Smooth surfaces. The panel does not have any type of ribbing or edges on the side that is exposed to
the clean area. On the side of the false ceiling, it may be ribbed depending on the traffic needs and on the
number of facilities. The meeting point with the vertical enclosures will be made with a curved profile for-
ming a scotia with a 50 mm radius In PVC or aluminum.
Tightness. All the ceiling gaskets, including those of all the facilities included in it, are properly sealed with
elastic fungicidal material that is specifically for Cleam Rooms.
Manufacturing of ceiling sheets. These are also made with sandwich panel model CR-80, of lacque-
red steel plate with polyurethane foam padding, or rock wool.

The outer layer is made up of continuous galvanized steel sheets, which is made by the Sendzimir proce-
dure based on a process of dipping in a molten zinc bath, attaining a maximum degree of adhesion of the
coating, Lock-Former quality of 250 gr./m2 double sided, with a thickness of 25 microns on both sides. A
chemical treatment with chromic acid completes the antioxidant protection process.
For subsequent lacquering, the plate is subjected to a degreasing, passivating and priming process, to finish
continuously painted, in accordance with European food type legislation.

Different types of combinations: both
