In order to achieve positive and concrete result with theoretical concepts the exposure to real life
situation existing in management institution with special references to study the service quality
of CUSTMER SATISFACTION BY RELIFE INSURANCE
.In today, s scenario the practical knowledge in education especially in professional colleges is
very essential.
In Bachelor of Business Administration course research and study content of such as practical
knowledge makes the student confident and introduce about his abilities.
During the summer training I have studied deeply the various problems aspects issues pertaining
to the topic .Research have tried the best to find out the real issues of the problem and give the
findings with valuable suggestions
