DISSEMINATION OF PROJECTS` RESULTS

Which activities will you carry out in order to share the results of your project outside your
organisation/consortium and partners? What will be the target groups of your dissemination
activities?

Main project results/outputs:

1. Eco-action (preparatory phase): planting flowers, cleaning the school environment,
making the outdoor area more acceptable and pleasant for extra-curicural activities
2. Projects web page
3. Eco picnic and outdoor sports activities (lakes Bundek and Jarun), coordinators Marko H.
and Danijel V.
4. Development of educative path for watching birds and redisigning the school garden;
making bird houses and similar (coordinator prof. Porupski, prof. Lau; partialy before
exchange and partialy in the period of exchange in Zagreb)
5. Development of info-tables with QR codes for the school garden/educative
path/information translated in the Braille;
6. Preparation of output in the form of yearly school eco calendar 2018/19.; preparatory
phase and after the exchange; coordinator prof. Danijel Veli, (Croatia), Sara Brunno,(
Italy) - marking important dates connected with pollution, Earth, environment
(participants form both schools)

Participation in different radio/TV programmes such as radio Antena, HKR educational corner,
HRT and other and presenting the results, outcomes and future plans related to projects
second phase strategic partnership and the topic 'Back to the nature road to the future'.
Furthermore, developing information material: newsletter and digital brochure for young
people interested in such projects and with the purpose to motive others to include in
Programme. Newsletter and brochure will be prepared after the final exchange in Italy by
both groups and mentors nominated by group leader on the last day of exchange in Croatia
(evaluation day).

We will have an exhibition of children's work (birdhouse, picture frames, models of animals...)
An art group will paint landscapes, draw birds and insects.
The students will write about the project, the work will be sent to children's magazines such
as Smib, Radost, Modra lasta.
The school newspaper will write about the project. We will take pictures and video in order to
document our work, and everything will be published on the school website.
The results of the project can be presented in SV (professional councils) to other teachers,
, inform everyone about the results of the project on the school web page and share and
motivate other teachers at their county teachers meetings .

Press clipping
Both TV and newspapers will cover the project so we will send the press clipping as
follows:
 1. National TV: Headmistress and students from film and journalism groups.
2. The newspapers: Headmistress and the project coordinator Jasna M.B: will write for
School magazine, school newspaper, digital magazine Pogled kroz prozor.
Press activities will be carried out also in partner school and we will discuss the details
with the partner on the preparatory meeting.

E EVALUATION
Which activities will you carry out in order to assess whether, and to what extent, your
project has reached its objectives and results?
Every day of exchange in Croatia and in Italy young participants will reflect on their learning
process and evaluate the outcomes of it. During the programme the participants will note
their learning points in e-learning diary which will help them evaluate and express the new
knowledge and competences that they acquired during the process in their Youthpass. The
project aims to build a sense of value of learning, pointing the benefits from it and seeing it as
a life-long process which is present in everyday live.
In the preparatory phase, all participants and leaders will make an evaluation in their group
where they will have the opportunity to say what was good, what was bad and what they feel
should be improved in future projects. In addition to group evaluation, you will receive an
evaluation form which will prepare the leaders of both schools together.
We will through e-learning and self-evaluation diary uploaded on our phones be able to
monitor and evaluate the outcomes and results of the project.
