    Operator Controls and Displays

    K display the following functions:
    a Glows steadily when mains power is prese
    E Shows the state of the entry/exit zone.
    1-6 Shows the state of detector zones 1 to 6.
    T Glows steadily if the tamper loop is broke
    D Glows when the system is unset, flashes w
    set.
    The keypad on the control panel and 9427
    the following keys:
    O Used to set the panel with individual zone
    rarily omitted.
    R Used to enter programming and setting/un
    commands.
    P Pressing the two PA keys (1 and 3) at the
    time starts a PA alarm (if this function is e
    programming).
    p Used to set the system with a preprogramm
    number of detectors omitted.
    B Used to start a test of the sounders and stro
    W Used to start a test of the detectors.
    c Used to change the user access code.
    C Used to enable or disable the Chime facili
    l Used to read the 10-event log. When readi
    log, pressing << (1) displays earlier events
    (3) displays later events.

    TO FULL SET
    Key-in your four digit user code (shown
    ? ? ? ? left). The exit tone starts. Leave premise
    designated exit door. Exit tone stops afte
    time and the D light goes dark. Your
    SET.
    TO PART SET
    2 Your alarm system may have been instal
    you to have part of the premises set whil
    area(s) are off. To part set the system key
    ? ? ? ? ENTER, followed by your user code. No
    part set exit tone is usually a buzzer soun
    system may be programmed to silent set
    system is part set the D light flashes.
    Note: If you enter your user code incorre
    times in a row then the system will raise
    alarm. See opposite.
    Enter via Go to
    designated control panel TO SWITCH OFF
    route Full Set: Enter by the designated entry d
    tone starts. Go to control panel. Key-in y
    code. System is OFF.
    ? ? ? ? Part Set: Go to control panel. Entry tone
    Key-in your user code. System is OFF
    Note: The system has a preset entry time to
    to get to the panel. When the entry
    your system may be programmed to
    alarm for 30 seconds. At the end of t
    Interrupted Zone (x) system gives a full alarm (external
    Exit Tone your user code to cancel the alarm.
    IF A ZONE LIGHT GLOWS W
    ? ? ? ? TING
    If, during setting, the sounder gives an
    Investigate cause and interrupted tone and a zone light glows,
    restart setting sequence detector is being triggered (maybe a doo
    / 12 is open).
    Key in your user code to stop the tone.
