Please be informed that the schedule for the First Quarter SMEA of School Year 2017-2018 is on September 4-6,2017. The conference will start every 3:00 in the afternoon of the aforementioned dates. 2. In this connection, School Heads are advised to make a PowerPoint presentation to be utilized during MEA Conference. Using dashboard in the presentation is advised. Photos/pictures in the conduct of SMEA should be shared to DepEd Bogo SMET Files Facebook Group. Data should be analyzed and interpreted. 3 School Heads are directed to follow the guidelines on structure, processes and are required to use the Electronic Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (EMEA)Tools. It is recommended that during the roll-out of the EMEA Tools, the teachers will use the actual data and school heads are directed to validate the data before the system will close. 4, The details of the schedule and the monitoring official/s of the respective school are found in Enclosure 1. 5.
