My Mathematical Autobiography

Your very first Math assignment is to write a Mathematical Autobiography!! In this autobiography, you are
going to answer questions that describe your experience with mathematics from the last few years. You are
going to write your autobiography in a cutout of your name. (See the class example) You must answer every
question and explain in detail. You can decorate the rest of your name, as long as I can read what you wrote!!
 What school did you attend last year? Who was your math teacher? Tell me about your teacher.
 What were some good activities that happened in your math class? Tell me what you liked and/or what
you disliked about your math class last year.
 Name at least 2 mathematical concepts at which you are good. Name at least 2 mathematical concepts
in which you may need help.
 Explain your feelings of math in general. Do you like or dislike it? Why?
