Cadrul general al cursului

Globalizarea i integrarea european au devenit parte a discursului public cotidian i,
tocmai de aceea, aceast zon este de multe ori ncrcat de cliee i judeci
superficiale. Cursul pe care l propunem trece de zona comod a frazeologiei i atinge
att problemele fundamentale, ct i controversele care nsoesc globalizarea.
Cursul de Globalizare i propune s ofere studenilor dou categorii de instrumente
de lucru pentru nelegerea realitii lumii din ce n ce mai integrate n care trim.
Prima categorie este constituit de aparatul teoretic i conceptual necesar pentru
studierea sistematic a proceselor specifice globalizrii. A doua categorie de
instrumente este aplicativ i cuprinde studii de caz i exemple relevante.

Criterii de evaluare
Nota final la cursul GIE reprezint o medie ntre nota de la seminar i nota de la
examenul final.
Nota de la seminar va fi obinut pe baza realizrii unui studiu de caz dedicat unei
probleme relevante pentru cursul de Globalizare. Participarea activ a studenilor la
activitile de seminar este o condiie necesar pentru intrarea n examen.
Evaluarea final se va desfura sub forma unui examen scris, ale crui componente
le vor fi prezentate studenilor n timpul semestrului.

Teme posibile pentru studiul de caz:

2. Rolul statului n definirea i susinerea strategiilor de dezvoltare. Cazul rii x
3. Criza lumii dezvoltate e criza modelului de dezvoltare
4. Criza financiar n SUA. Implicaiile sale asupra raportului de fore ntre SUA
i China
5. Redefinirea puterii n epoca actual. Putere militar, demografic, economic,
tehnologic, soft
6. Financializarea i dezvoltarea complexului financiar-politic
7. Rolul corporaiilor n evoluia economic a rii x
8. Socialism de pia, capitalism chinez. Implicaiile redefinirii socialismului
asupra strategiei de dezvoltare a Chinei
9. Crizele suprapuse ale Europei
10. Clustere de cercetare i inovare

 11. Importana pieei interne n raport cu piaa mondial, n contextul crizei
economice. Cazul Indiei, cazul Chinei
12. Consecinele geopolitice ale situaiei energetice actuale
13. Implicaii ale evoluiei demografice asupra dezvoltrii economice

15. BRICS, MINT i tendine de lung durat n lumea emergent

n ultimele trei seminarii studenii i vor prezenta studiul de caz. Programarea

prezentrilor se face pe baza rezumatelor trimise de fiecare echip pe grupul
masteratului. Rezumatele vor cuprinde: tema, cuprinsul, componena echipei,
distribuia sarcinilor n echip i un paragraf de 150 de cuvinte care s prezinte ideea
principal a lucrrii. Termen pentru ncrcarea rezumatelor pe grup: 09.11.2017.
Prezentarea, care va dura 15-20 de minute, va fi nsoit de o prezentare Powerpoint.
Pe baza feed-back-ului obinut la prezentare studenii vor redacta studiul de caz n
form final.
Studiul de caz trebuie predat pn n prima luni din sesiune (22 ianuarie 2018),
la adresa malina.ciocea@comunicare.ro.
Studiul va fi ntocmit de echipe de 5 studeni. Lucrarea va avea n jur de 25 de pagini
i va fi organizat i redactat conform indicaiilor de la linkul:

Bibliografia lucrrii va cuprinde cel puin 5 cri fundamentale, cel puin 10 articole
relevante pentru tem i cel puin 5 resurse web. Studenii se vor consulta cu
asistentul cursului n privina temelor i bibliografiei.

La orice nivel al procedurii de notare, plagiatul sau copiatul vor avea drept consecin
nota final 4.
Studenii trebuie s se asigure c sursele documentare utilizate, inclusiv cele preluate
de pe Internet, sunt indicate n lucrare, cu respectarea regulilor de evitare a
plagiatului:
toate fragmentele de text reproduse exact, chiar i n traducere proprie din alt
limb, sunt scrise ntre ghilimele i dein referina precis a sursei;
reformularea n cuvinte proprii a textelor scrise de ctre ali autori deine
referina precis;
codul surs, imagini etc. preluate din proiecte open-source sau alte surse sunt
utilizate cu respectarea drepturilor de autor i dein referine precise;
rezumarea ideilor altor autori precizeaz referina la textul original.
