SCHENGEN VISA SHORT STAY (less or equal to 90 days)

RENEWAL OF A MULTIPLE ENTRY (CIRCULATION) SCHENGEN VISA
ISSUED BY THE FRENCH EMBASSY
(valid or expired since less than one year)

The short checklist applies only for renewal of multiple entries visas marked COURT SEJOUR
CIRCULATION that are still valid or expired since less than one year.

1st STEP: Booking an appointment

The French Embassy contracted VFS to receive visa applications by appointment. Appointments can be
booked either through VFS website (http://www.vfsglobal.com/france/philippines/index.html) or by telephone:
+63 2 790 4903.

2nd STEP: Requirements (2 different sets: 1 set of originals and 1 set of photocopies)

1. Signed Schengen visa application form with photo (35mm x 45mm, white background)
*complete address of hotel/inviting person in France must be duly filled out on the form
2. Valid passport (at least 1 year validity from the end of intended stay) and photocopy of biopage,
valid and/or former visa de court sjour circulation issued by the Embassy of France in the
Philippines
3 Certificate of employment with monthly salary
Or, if self-employed: official business registration for current and previous year
4. For minors and/or students:
Proof of economic means of parents/legal guardian
Copy of passport of parents/legal guardian and affidavit of support and consent
Proof of enrolment and certificate of leave of absence if travelling during the school year
5. For non-Filipino applicants: Copy of Alien Certificate Registration (ACR)
6. An international travel insurance (medical expenses and repatriation) covering the entire period of
the persons intended stay and valid for all Schengen states. Minimum coverage should be EUR
30,000.
13. Visa fee (prevailing peso equivalent of EUR 60), payable in cash

documents from this list are missing.
