journals, periodicals and dailies at home and abroad. Most of the works in this book are revised
and update.

EXECUTIVE SUMMERY

This is an internship report of the Supply Chain Management Practice of RMG Sector in
Bangladesh -Case Study on MAS Intimates Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd

This report has been prepared by collecting secondary data and relevant information on Supply
Chain Management Practice of RMG Sector in Bangladesh - Case Study on MAS Intimates
Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd. Besides, different books, Internal report of company has been reviewed to
prepare this report.

In this paper, I took MAS Intimates BD Pvt. Ltd. as a field of my investigation and research.
This paper focuses on some of the major aspects of supply chain and logistics management with
its major recompense and how to design and implement effective and efficient supply chain
management.
This report finds that, Garment SCM is the beneficial ones for generating the order to the
shipment (start to end) appropriately as per factory and the buyers obligation. Apparel buyers
around the sphere insist product as they want it, when they want it and the best possible price so
that supply chain can do a lot to this concern in reality

This report recommends that, MAS Intimates BD Pvt. Ltd. should be able to offer their clients a
competitive rate structure and a wide choice of product through the properly follow the effective
SCM , Introduce new and unique product to its clients to step ahead of its rivals. Increasing more
warehousing and storage facilities, effective communication, coordination and control in Off-
Dock activities.

In preparing this report certain limitations were faced. Lack of sufficient sources prevented
verification of information. The analysis presented here may vary with opinions of experts in this
field and Some aspects of the report may be considered confidential by the organization.
