Forum Title: The Influence of Stakeholders in Determining the Design of the Malaysian

KSSR Curriculum.

Intro

Based on our topic, we have invited some guests to give us more detailed input. Firstly, i
would like to welcome YAB Dato Dr. Sri Shahrol Fahmie, our Minister of Education to
our forum today. Next, we have Mr Amin Nuruddin, the director of the Academic Sector
from Johor. He has recently returned from a conference in Italy which was discussing
about possible ties with the government of Italy. Moving on, we have Mr Alexander
Liew, the representative from the Curriculum Development Office. Last but not least, we
have Madam Lisa Tiong, a teacher we invited from SJKC Foon Yew 2 who recently won
the Excellent Service Award across the state of Johor.

Sathiya: Alright, lets talk about what stakeholders consist of. Now, lets hear from Dato
Sri Shahrol to enlighten our audience on what stakeholders are.

Shahrol:

Sathiya: thank you for the clear definition on stakeholders. But, a question comes to
mind, who are the stakeholders that we are referring to?

Sathiya: now i see, so why do we need these stakeholders? Can Mr Alex reason with us
why we need stakeholders?

Sathiya: looks like stakeholders indeed plays an important role in our education system.
However, how does stakeholders influence the design of our KSSR? Dato Shahrol, would
you like to share your opinions on how stakeholders influence the design of KSSR?

Sathiya: i see. Do you have a thought about our discussion Mr amin/Mr alex/Madam lisa?
