The Structure of the Lesson
What the teacher does
Introducing the Sound:
The teacher showed the children a

This worked well. The
children knew how to write

sound of this letter. Also, they
knew the word is starting by

Hearing the Sound /m/ in the
initial position:
The teacher showed students anther
video. The video was including the
words started by sound (I) When
they pick them up the words that
start with the sound (I) that starts
they should to raise their hands and
say the word.

Introducing the Writing of the
Sound:
The teacher taught them how to
write the sound (I) with clear
methods. For example, we started
from the top make a line to the
down. Then. We put point up the
letter (I). She made the voice when
put the point.

write the sound (I) on board.

hands and said the word on
video.
This worked well and allowed
them to focus on the sound
