CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

AND CERTIFICATE OF FULL PAYMENT

I, ENGR. FRANCISCO VILLARIN, the undersigned representative and Proprietor of

FCG Builders, Filipino, of legal age and with residence at Cabancalan 1, Bulacao, Cebu
City, do hereby certify that:

1. The construction provided for pursuant to the Contract of Services dated January
29, 2016, including all approved amendments and progress billings, between
(''Owner'') and (''Contractor'') has been completed as of March 4, 2017;

2. Payment in full has been made to all persons who have furnished labor for the
Project;

3. The Contractor has obtained valid releases of lien from all manufacturers,
material suppliers, and subcontractors furnishing services or materials which were
employed by the Contractor in the performance of the Construction Contract, and
that such releases have been delivered by the Contractor to the Owner;

4. The total cost of the project as completed is THREE MILLION EIGHTY NINE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS (PHP
3,089,383.00) and has been received by myself and paid in full, in complete
satisfaction of the consideration of the construction contract and its amendments
with the Owner;

5. This certificate releases the Owner from all liabilities and claims arising from or
in relation to the Construction Contract and its approved amendments and
progress billings.

6. This certification is issued for all legal intents and purposes.
