Student Work Samples (Integrated science and writing)

Assignment: Students have to write a constructive response using the science probes. Students has to
use Claim Evidence Explain format in their constructive response

Rubric

1. Students correctly pick the right person.

2. Students correctly pick the right person and stated what that person said.
3. Students correctly pick the right person, stated what that person said and explain the reason
why he/she thinks is the correct answer.

The students got two out of three because he claim his opinion. He also stated what Rosa said. But he is
missing the part explaining the reason. Thats why he got two out of three.
