The aims of research were to analyze the influence of person-organization
fit on work-family conflict as well as organizational citizenship behaviors, and to analyze the moderating role of gender on the influence of person-organization fit on work-family conflict as well as organizational citizenship behavior. To test the research hypotheses, type of this research used descriptive research with a survey method. Population of this research was all police at Polres Banyumas organization who are over 30 years old is 297 people, which consist of 256 male police and 41 female police officers. Sampling technique of this study used the Gays opinion (in Sekaran and Bougie, 2010), so it could be determined that sample size within study was 60 respondents. Furthermore, technique data analysis of this study used sub-group moderated regression analysis. Based on the result of data analysis, it could be concluded that person-organization fit has a negative influence on work-family conflict as well as organizational citizenship behaviors, gender moderates the influence of person-organization fit on work- family conflict, while gender no moderates the influence of person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior. Refers to these conclusions, it could be implied that as an effort to minimize the work-family conflict and continue to increase the organizational citizenship behavior, management of POLRES Banyumas needs to pay attention on person organization fit. The ways can be done by develop the job professionalism values of the Police in accordance with the organizational values by increasing the participation of organization members in realizing the objectives of the organization, and implement the organization characteristics including culture, climate, values, goals, and norms in accordance with the person side characteristics are values, goals, personality, and attitudes. When similarity between an organization and a person on these characteristics occur, so the supplementary fit will exists.
