APPEAL FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ENABLE US CONTINUE OUR

ONGOING CHURCH BUILDING PROJECT

Calvary greetings to you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.

On behalf of the Pastor , Executive Council members and the entire members of the above named
church, I am writing to appeal for Financial Support to enable us continue our ongoing church
building project which has since been abandoned due to the dwindling finances of the church and as
well as that of our mother church,

This is coming at no better time than now when the church is increasing in numbers and the temporary
structure is becoming obsolete and incondusive for worship not to talk of attracting others.

It is on this premise we are strongly appealing to the conference to please come to our aid through
substantial financial grant that could help us kick-start the project from we left it.

We are also asking that goodwill donation from well meaning individuals and corporate bodies through
your good office will be well acknowledged and appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation for your positive response after it must have gotten the desired attention from
the relevant quarters.
