4 Broken Condition The Contractor considers broken condition of
(XX+SC) Special arm for outer phase. However, the
Employer is of the view that it is not sure that outer
phase broken case is whether critical or not
compared with center or inner phase broken case.
If the Contractor is sure that the outer phase
broken case is critical, please let us know the
reason.
Otherwise, please add the broken case of center
phase and broken case of inner phase.

Cross Arm had been added.

The Employer is of the view that the cases of

(MC+SC2), (MC+SC3), (BC+SC2) and (BC+SC3)
are also needed.
Please add the cases if the Contractor has no

5 Under Stringing Stringing Special Cross Arm The Employer would like to confirm that the
Load Contractor really intends to conduct the stringing
of all phases of special arm at the same time.
If the Contractor conduct one by one, please
divide the case.
