High 80s
No daily grind. No recit.
Walang nakikinig sa kanya since super hassle sem, so you guys are going to
take him for granted but sabi ng ibang 1st year na nakakuha sa kanya for
CRIM, hindi daw siya nagbigay ng Quizzler (Ito yung binibigay niya before
midterms/finals and diyan siya kumukuha ng questions sa exam) and may 3
daw siya binagsak.
If walang quizzler, mahirap ang land titles. (Or maybe because no ones
listening talaga to him since we were all studying for the next class)

Sales Atty. Gulapa
Low 80s
Hassle recitation because he will try to intimidate you guys. But if he likes the
class hes super nice.
No book, no codal. You can only bring your handwritten notes.
Since nagput up siya ng own law firm niya noong prof namin siya, always
wala siya sa class. Puro makeup class tapos voluntary recit.
He didnt fail anyone noong time namin kasi he likes our block. So make sure
he likes your block!
Tip: He loves Prada and Toyota Sequoia (or basta anything fancy!)

Nego Atty. Mercado
75 to 79. Hindi siya nambabagsak though. But, well never know (since si
Padilla nga nambabagsak na daw) so do your best!
Hassle prof. Sungit. With regard the cases, may case list siya pero random.
Hindi niya susundin yung list so dapat alam niyo yung cases. Then nagjujump
siya from book tapos biglang cases then he will make you memorize
provisions.
Memorize Section 1! Important.
Its also good that you know everything kasi sometimes magpaparecite siya
ng provision or something related sa certain provision na nadiscuss niyo na.
Lahat bumabagsak sa midterms and finals niya. Average ng block before is
40s to 50s.

Worst prof. K
Bad faith.
First day of class he told us hell fail 15 students and although madami
nagdrop, he still failed 15 students. :/
Make sure you listen to his class. Take notes!
Before 1x lang nagrecite kami sa buong sem (although there are exceptions,
may iba 2x) but thats it. No daily grind with him, thats why the tendency is
 to also take him for granted since mas madaming hassle sa daily grind but
make sure you listen to him!
Hes good naman talaga. If makinig ka, youll learn something, but bad faith
talaga kasi siya. So good luck with him.

Property Atty. Ampil
80s to high 80s. May nakakaline of 9 din I think.
Memorize Article 415. By heart. Lalabas yan sa midterms/finals.
Meron siyang case day and book day. May assigned articles to read and what
will happen is 1 student 1 article. Basically, youll read the article in front of
him and then youll explain the article, tell him what you know. Sometimes
we memorize the book or whats important sa book.
When reciting, dont do a lot of hand gestures. Ilagay niyo na lang sa likod.
Ayaw niya ng madaming galaw sa kamay.
Hes also a grammar nazi. Sometimes I think he grades you based on how you
recite (the way you talk, how you stand etc.)
Grading system niya sa recit 1: 100 2: 90 3: 80 4:70 5:60. Ilalagay niya yung
1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
A lot of memorization with him, pero doon ka babawi ng recit grade. Basta
wala kang mali, tuloy tuloy automatic 1 yun (or it depends on his mood,
really).
Midterms and finals: samplex. (Not all, but do read the samplex!)

Best prof!
80s to high 80s. Depends on your grade. He doesnt curve. You get what you
deserve.
Hassle daily grind since mahirap talaga siya magparecite, but you will learn a
lot! Sobrang galing din talaga niya. Mahirap siya magparecite kasi he wants
you to learn talaga.
Exam is hard, but fair. Kung ano diniscuss niya, lalabas yun.
Kahit magpapaparty kayo sa kanya may recitation pa rin, pero fun kasi one
time binigyan namin siya ng alak tapos sabi niya if mali daw yung
nagrerecite magshoshot siya.

Agency CLV
Line of 7 to line of 8
CLV is super smart. Out of this world mga tanong niya sa recit. Tipong iaask
niya ano reason bakit ganon yung law (how will you know right? Youre not
the one who made it) or super guguluhin ka niya, but if sundan mo siya
makikita mo yung point niya.
Midterms and finals super hirap ng exam. As in! But he seldom fails student.
Ive heard he fails student pag talagang sobrang baba na ng grades, but if
kaya pa isave, he wont fail.


SPL Atty. Cruz
Sorry cant help you with him kasi he was never our prof. L

ForMed Atty. Patdu
They say kaya daw ang high 90s sa kanya, but during our time puro kami low
80s to high 80s, konti lang naka high 90s, so I dont know. But for sure she
wont fail.
Chill. Yung recit sobrang malas mo if ikaw yung mapili niya kasi pipili lang
siya sa class list. But doesnt matter. Not sure nga if she grades the recitation
eh.
Before, sabi samplex daw midterms and finals but during our time hindi
naman (maybe thats why hindi kami high 90s) so Im not sure, but she has
powerpoints and doon naman niya kukuhanin lahat ng questions niya.

Good luck guys! One of the hardest sem. But kaya naman siya! J
