AGREEMENT OF SALE FOR VEHICLE

This Agreement of Sale is made at Karachi on this 25th July, 2017.

BETWEEN

Mr. Mirza Wasiq Ali Baig S/o. Mirza Moazzam Ali Baig, holding CNIC No.42101-0842592-3,
Resident of House No.1648, Muhalla F.B. Area, Block-14, Karachi. hereinafter referred to as
the SELLER or Party of the One Part.
AND

Mr. Shaikh Muhammad S/o. Muhammad Naeem, holding CNIC No.42301-0383171-1,

Resident of House No.56, Muhalla Therath Das Road, Urdu Bazar, Karachi. hereinafter
referred to as the PURCHASER or Party of the Other Part.

(Which both expressions shall wherever the context so permits, mean and include their legal
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns).

WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

WHEREAS the SELLER aforesaid is the legal and lawful Owner of Vehicle: TOYOTA COROLLA,
Model: 2013, Registration No. AZH-898, Engine No. Y801452, Chassis No.NZE140-2165232, and
have agreed to sell to the said Vehicle to Purchaser and the above named Purchaser have also
agreed to purchase the said Vehicle on lump sum sale consideration of Rs.12,80,000/- (Rupees
Twelve Lacs and Eighty Thousand Only) through pay order No.KSP020957, on the behalf of
AUGMENTECH BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD, Payee: MIRZA WASIQ ALI BAIG,
CNIC NO.42101-0842592-3, on the following terms and conditions:

 1. That the SELLER has received Rs. 12,80,000/-(Rupees Twelve Lacs and Eighty Thousand
Only) as full and final payment.

2. That the SELLER indemnifies the PURCHASER that the said Vehicle is free from all sorts
of liens, claims, charges, encumbrances of whatsoever nature.

3. That the SELLER undertake to sign all documents in connection with transfer of the said
Vehicle in the name of PURCHASER and shall appear before the Authorities concerned
now or to any time if required.

4. That the PURCHASER will pay charges for transfer of the said Vehicle in his name.

5. That the SELLER shall clear all dues of excise and taxation department upto date.

6. That the delivery of the said Vehicle has taken by the PURCHASER on _______________
at______________A.M. / P.M., from the SELLER with all relevant vehicles documents.

7. That this Agreement is IRREVOCABLE and at the time prescribed above for completion
of the transaction of the contract.

IN WITNESSES WHEREOF the both SELLER and PURCHASER hereby undertake and subscribed
their respective hands at Karachi on the day, month and year first above mentioned.
