The Minutemen

Henceforth we resolve that the borders of the Anarch Free States are inviolate, and in
continuance of that we promise the following:
1. That the Minutemen will be armed by the Barons of the Anarch sect and are given
status to allow for their armed presence in any Anarch free state.
2. That the Minutemen will remain supplied and manned by volunteers who are
members of the Anarch Free states in good standing.
3. That the Minutemen will exist outside of the domain of Princes and Barons.
4. That the Minutemen exist to protect the Anarch Movement from external threats
and cannot take part in internal division.
5. That the Minutemen will maintain a roving convoy in order to be on call to the
Free states that maintain them.

The Minutemen will shall bear the motto: Liberatus Tota meaning All the Freed.
As their purpose is to protect the free kindred of the Anarch free states.

The Minutemen will be under the direction of a Baron, whose sole domain shall be
the Convoy of minutemen. This convoy shall be considered a Free State in all ways
excepting for the burden of answering the call of the Barons and Constables of the
Free States.
